SPB Issued for Land Lots Affected by Tanjung Priok Toll Project

North Jakarta Administration finally issued Demolition Warrant (SPB) to 13 landowners who are still persisted within Tanjung Priok Toll access construction project area in Kalibaru and Koja urban villages.

For each building affected by the project will get compensation for as much as Rp 12 million

North Jakarta Deputy Mayor, Tri Kurniadi, said the SPB issued applies in three phases, namely 7x24 hour, 3x24 hours, and 1x24 hour. During that period of time, North Jakarta Administration will always open dialogue with residents who feel objected with land acquisition price offered.

“For each building affected by the project will get compensation for as much as Rp 12 million. From 10 land lots in Kalibaru Urban Village, five of them have been taken by the owners. As for the compensation money for eight land lots in Koja Urban Village, it is Rp 6 billion. All of the money has been handed out to North Jakarta State Court,” he stated, Wednesday (8/13).

For the landowners who want to take their land compensation money during the SPB period applies, Kurniadi told that his party will be mediated by the Integrated Licensing Service Team (P2T) and Integrated Service Center (PPT).

“But outside that period of time, we will no longer be able to hold mediation and the landowners can take their money in the court,” he uttered.

Tanjung Priok Toll access construction project has a length of 11.58 kilometers with a total of project value is Rp 4.4 trillion. This project consists of four sections, namely section E1 Rorotan-Cilincing (3.4 kilometers), section E2 Cilincing-Jampea (2.74 kilometers), section E2A Jampea-Simpang Jampea (1.92 kilometers), section NS Link Simpang Jampea-Yos Sudarso (2.42 kilometers), and section NS Direct Ramp (1.1 kilometers).
